WHAT WE DO
Advocate positions endorsed by the Association of Hawaiian Civic Clubs and the O‘ahu Council.
Promote and perpetuate traditional Hawaiian values.
Promote and practice the principles of good government and citizenship; and provide a forum for full free discussions of matters concerning Hawaiians, except when prohibited by Hui rules.
Participate in civic, social, economic, health and moral welfare community activities: especially in regards to all Hawaiian cultural aspects.
Encourage and provide opportunities for persons of Hawaiian ancestry in developing leadership skills to be used at community, government and corporate levels.
Preserve, cherish, protect resources and records of ancient traditions, as well as endemic, indigenous flora/fauna of the ‘aina; and encouraging teaching/learning and use of ‘ōlelo Hawaiʻi
Assist and encourage further education of Hawaiian students; promoting cultural sensitivity by educational institutions for their special needs.
